NCAE 2012

I guess it’s not only me who find it difficult to choose what career I should pursue in the future. There is some confusion in my mind about my real interests in life.

Last August 29, 2012, the NCAE was held. It was an exam that could help us to identify what course to take. The exam lasted for about 5 hours. It tests our different abilities that can help in identifying our career. I find it difficult in the non verbal and manipulating activity. There was also the OIISS which points out our interests.

I think the NCAE will really help us a lot in identifying our career in the future because with that exam, almost all the possible interests that are related on different courses were present.

Intramurals 2012

Have you ever wondered why there is Intramurals? Is there any benefit from it?

Last August 24-25, 2012, the Intramurals in Cavite National Science High School was held. A usual, there were four teams. The teams were named Green Celtics, Yellow Madrid, Red Bayern, and Blue Chelsea. Each team showed their best to win each game. But as we all know, not everyone could be a winner. We should accept the fact that sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. But the most important thing there is that we enjoyed even if we did not win the game.

Sportsmanship is being developed in Intramurals. It teaches us to accept the fact that not all the times we win and we should be happy because we did our best.

Foreign or Native Language?

In everyday of our lives, we often use foreign languages and even the native one. But which language do we have to focus? The foreign or the native one?

During these days, we need to be knowledgeable about the foreign and the native language. Why? Because language is one of the lessons that are being taught in school. We have the English and the Filipino. We should be good with the two languages and have the balance between them.

For me, I think we should first master our native language. It’s easier to translate if you have mastered the native one.
